Nicole Ford

Nicole is a Director and Principal at F.L. Putnam’s Atrato Consulting Group (“FLP Atrato Consulting”), where she implements and executes operational due diligence mandates for the firm’s diverse client base. With over 25 years of experience in front, middle, and back-office operations, Nicole has worked extensively with both alternative and traditional investment management firms throughout her career.

Before joining FLP Atrato Consulting, Nicole held senior operational due diligence roles at Kroll/Duff & Phelps and RVK, Inc., where she assessed the operational risks of private equity, venture capital, private credit, real asset, hedge fund, and traditional asset managers on behalf of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Her earlier career includes over 20 years in operational and trading roles, notably 15 years at TCW Group, LLC.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University and completed an MSc in Financial Compliance and Risk Management (summa cum laude) from Albany Law School. She also serves as Board Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Cultural Coalition of Washington County (Oregon) and volunteers as a mentor for American Corporate Partners, assisting U.S. military veterans in transitioning to civilian careers.
