Tom Hoare

Tom is a Director on the Institutional Investor Solutions Team at Hines, a 67-year-old privately owned global real estate investment manager with ~$100bn in AUM. Based in Portland, he is forever on the road and works with a broad spectrum of investors on their real estate allocations across the Western US and Canada, ranging from public and private pensions to consultants, foundations, and endowments. Prior to Hines, Tom built and led the Investor Relations team at CrowdStreet Advisors since its inception as a start-up fund manager. He began his career with Paulson Co as an Analyst. Tom has a Bachelor of Laws from City, University of London, where he grew up and holds his Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses. Come and say hello to discuss dogs, food, or real estate.
